The new electron beam lithograpy (EBL) system, funded by the project NQSTI, one of the extended partnership of the PNRR action, has been successfully installed at NEST laboratory of Scuola Normale Superiore. The VOYAGER is an EBL system with a 50 keV energy column, combining stable high performance, making it a versatile solution for both academic and industrial settings. Its fully automated, with ultra-ergonomic design, with smart features and innovative architecture, and ensures the shortest time to results.
