Two opening are announced for ambitious scientist to join Scuola Normale Superiore teams within a recently-launched research program on solid-state implementations of quantum technologies. Selected scientists will contribute to project goals by the design, fabrication and/or characterisation of solid-state systems whose shape, chemical composition and structure are tailored to host electronic configurations of interest for quantum science and technology. The focus will be both on individual electron states and to emerging collective excitations within hybrid solid-state systems comprising normal and superconducting domains.
